Extracting Equipment:

    With adoption of hot water warm soak dynamic extracting technics, the extractor use steam heating with ,jacket and special stirring device. The raw herb crushed is extracted under 95 deg C±5 deg C. The extracting efficiency is higher than static extracting system. It saves raw herb, and reduce the extracting time. It also saves energy.

Solid Liquid Separating Equipment:

     With adoption of four stages separating technics. Medicine liquid and suspended material are separated by automatic filter Press, Extravasate Centrifuge with bottom discharge residue. Vibration Sieve and Pipe Type High-speed Centrifuge. The medicine dirt of separating device is very dried. The remnant medicine liquid is very little. It can avoid the problems of burning, sticking and blocking ect in the operation of evaporation and spray drying.

Three Efficiency Saving Energy Evaporation Equipment:

       On the base of choosing equipment, we think about not only the characterics of medicine liquid and dealing capacity, but ',also the temperature coefficient, evaporating ratio, evaporating invariableness of evaporating liquid. The structure is simple and convenience of load and unload, cleaning and maintenance. Through the feeding of single-efficient evaporator; the final material is paste after double-efficient and three-efficient evaporator. The medicine liquid is circulated continuously. Three-efficient evaporator save 68% energy in comparison with single-efficient evaporator.

Spray Drying Equipment:

     With adoption of new model high-speed centrifugal spray dryer. The operation is steady and automatical control easily. The drying time is short. The product granularity is uniform. It reduces the assistant material of herb instant medicines and oral solution. It creates the best and perfect condition for reducing medicine dosage. Two parts for granulating: (1)Spray Drying Granulator(one-step) (2)Dry Granulator for spray drying. Oral solution production line isn't with drying system.
