Application
     The equipment is suitable for recovery ethanol and evaporation of extracts in pharmaceutical, plant, starch, chemical, food and milk etc. It is suitable to evaporate the liquid material with little batch and multiple variety.

Character

      Two kinds operation for one equipment:

1. Recovery ethanol: Large recovery capacity with the adoption of vacuum technical precess. Its productivity is 5-10 times of the same old model. The recovery rate can reach more than 95%,Ethanol wasting can be below 5%.The energy comsumption can reduce 30%.It is energy-saving equipment.
2. After recovery ethanol, the equipment use external heating natural cycle and vacuum reducing pressure evaporation system, The evaporating speed is quick ,The concentrating proportion is large. The liquid material is evaporated under full sealing and no foam.
3. Recovery extracts isn't done in heater. Close the upper and bottom butterfly-valve of heater. It can recover extracts on the bottom of evaporator. The proportion can reach more than 1.45
