Brief Introduction

      Alcohol is an important industrial material. More attention to the researching, designing and removing of alcohol distilling device has been paid in china and abroad in last twenty years. Alcohol recovery tower is one of serial products of our factory with Model JH-200,400, 600.At present we can design it for the different use according to user's requirement. It is elaborately designed and improved, based on the same advanced products from abroad with actual using effect of continuous alcohol recovery tower which is now available in domestic market, featuring saving energy, convenient to operate and easy to installate, etc.

Use

     This device is mainly used in recovering thin alcohol, also applied to thin alcohol recovering extraction in pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry, and distillation of methanol, acetone and the other medium.

Structure

     The set consisls of distilling kettle, distilling tower, fractionator, condensator, cooter, metering frane etc. All part contacting material is made of stainless steel. The device has heating coil in distilling kettle, chinaware corrugated plate (filling material) in distilling tower. The metering frame has temperature meter, pressure meter, rotor flowmeter and all kinds of controlling valve. It is convenient to operate and watch.
