W ETHANOL RECOVERY TOWER

Brief introduction
 

  • The device adapts high effect ceramics wave filler. The body of distillation tower is made of stainless steel. In this way it can prevent from the phenomenon of filler block caused by scrap iron and its life is prolonged. All parts that will contact ethanol in the device such as condensor, buffer tank, cooling snake pipe are made of stainless steel in order to guarantee that the finished product, ethanol, is not polluted. Model W still may use disassembled U type heating pipe. When maintenance, it can be removed out of kettle. So it is very convenient to clean the outer wall of heating pipe and the inner wall of kettle.
  • In Model ZW, the indirect heating distillation kettle is omitted. The condensor adapts tubular heat exchanger. Of course the screw plate heat exchange and coil pipe cooler can also be provided as request.


Use

  • The device is suitable for recovering thin ethanol of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, light industry, chemical industry and so on. It is also suitable for distilling solvents such as methanol and so on. Using this device, about 30% of thin ethanol can be distilled into 90-95% as request. If the finished product has higher requirement to alcohol content, the ratio of circumfluence should be increased. But the output will be decreased.


Constitutes of Device
 

  • Model W has five specifications. Each specification is equipped with distillation tower, kettle, condensator, buffer-tank, measurer of specific gravity. In which, distillation tower of Model W-200, W-300 is installed on the kettle directly and distillation tower of Model W-400, W-500, W-600 is installed with kettle separately.
  • Model ZW has two specifications. Each specification is equipped with pre. heater distillation tower, condusator,cooler buffer-tank, measurer of specific gravity.
  • Other auxiliary equipment and meters and instruments such as measure tank, storage tank, pump, rotameter and temperature indicator should be prepared by customer. Our factory can also provide through additional process or order instead of customer as request.

  • Discharge material proportion : 90%-95%
  • Ratio of reflex: R=13 (affirmed in accordance with the concentration of raw material to be feeded in and taken out)
  • Circumfluence ratio W≤3%, Model ZW≤1%
