USE

    The evaporator is suitable to evaporation of liquid material in pharmaceutical(Chinese medicine,western medicine),glucose,starch,monosodium glutamate,milk,chemical,environmental protection ect. industry.Especially,it is suitable to heat sensitive material evaporation with low temperature vacuum evaporation.

STRUCTURE
     The equipment is made of single efficient heater,single efficient evaporator,double efficient heater,double efficient evaporator,condenser,liquid kettle and connect pipe.
      It can cancel condenser,liquid kettle,two times steam discharge directly or draw out with waterpower jet according to client`s requirement.

CHARACTERICS 

       The evaporator use the external heating natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation.It has the quick evaporation speed,and big evaporation rate.The material is evaporated under the seal and no spume.It doesn`t leak liquid material,has no pollution,and cleaning conveniently.
       The equipment is operated in the natural pressure.The two times steam is discharged or condensate and recovery.It doesn`t need vacuum system.
       The evaporator use double efficient evaporation at the same time.The two times steam is utilized.So it save the invest of boiler,and economize the power consumption.The power consumption go down 50 per cent with the other evaporator. 
       The material can be choosed by the requirement of user, contain carbon steel(A3,B3,16MnR), stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316L,2205,2505,904 ect.), titanium materialTA2),nickel material(N6)ect.
