USE

     The evaporator is suitable to evaporation of liquid material in pharmaceutical(Chinese medicine,western medicine),glucose,starch,monosodium glutamate,milk,chemical,environmental protection ect. industry.Especially,it is suitable to heat sensitive material evaporation with low temperature vacuum evaporation.

STRUCTURE
      The equipment is made of single efficient heater,single efficient evaporator,double efficient heater,double efficient evaporator,three efficient heater,three efficient evaporator,condenser,liquid kettle and connect pipe. CHARACTERICS
      1. The evaporator is designed,manufactured,inspected strictly according to <>(GB15573-1995). And it meets the pharmaceutical and food class GMP standard.The material can be choosed by the requirement of user, contain carbon steel(A3,B3,16MnR), stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316L,2205,2505,904 ect.), titanium materialTA2),nickel material(N6)ect.

       2. Each heating chamber pipe,condenser pipe,mid connecting pipe all use standard ISO inner & outer mirror polish so that it guarantee the liquid material flow,no jam and no burnting in the heating chamber.So it reduces the times of cleaning and improve the production efficiency.
       3. The surface of each heating chamber,evaporation chamber is round angle transition,not dead angle.The welding line is polish disposal.The surface polish reach Ra<0.4/4m.Especially,the place of feed and open mouth in evaporation chamber is calculated stricktly so that it guarantee that the evaporation circulation liquid material drop spirally in inner surface of evaporation chamber,but not gravity drop after the evaporation liquid material go into evaporation chamber through the centrifugal spiral way.
       4. With the adoption of outside heating natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation,the evaporator has fast evaporation speed,big evaporation proportion,which reach 1.2-1.4(general herb extracts),not open receiving extracts.
       5. Whith the adoption of three-efficient evaporation,two times steam is used adequately.It saves the energy consumption.The energy consumption reduce 70% in comparison with other evaporator. 
       6. It can evaporate intermittently or continuously.Through the feeding of one-efficient,it has changed into paste after two and three-efficient.
