Double-efficient forced circulation evaporator is suitable for the evaporation and recovery of waste water and liquid of incrustation, crystal, heat sensitive(low temperature), high density, high mucosity and infusibility solid ect. in the chemical,food,pharmaceutical,environmental protection engineering.

It is made of each efficient chamber, heater, evaporating separator ,condenser(mixing stype or surface stype), forced circulation pump, transport pump of liquid material, vacuum pump, condensing pump, operation platform, electric part , meter control box and pipe valve.

1. The equipment can deal with wide range liquid material of easy incrustation and crystal in the evaporation, mucosity increasing by the increasing of the evaporation thickness , of infusibility solid.
2. During the time of evaporation, liquid material is heated and forced circulation. The flow is very quick in the pipe. Uniformity heating, high heat transfer coefficient, and defending the phenomenon of dried wall-sticking.
3. The liquid material is passed and heated through forced circulation pump. The liquid material which is come out from the top go into evaporation separator tangentially. The function of gas-liquid separating is good.
4. The liquid material is evaporated in the vacuum and with the continuous feeding and discharge. The heating time is short. It is suitable to evaporation of heat sensitive food and catsup.
5. The structure of equipment is compact, small occupancy area, fluency layout, stability characterics ect.
6. The equipment is maden automatical control system,which control the feeding capacity automatically, which control the heating temperature, which control the discharge thickness. It is also with safeguard of sensitive material, safe alarm when breaking out power cut and trouble.   It is suitable to the evaporation of low flow crystal or catsup material and big incrustation material.(For example, sodium chloride crystal, ammonium sulfate crystal, barium chloride crystal and kiwi fruit catsup etc.)
