FY STIRRING KETTLE EVAPORATOR

      The equipment is use to mix the material,reaction of chemistry,cooling crystal,evaporation in pharmaceutical,food,chemical,light industry and environmental ect. Industry. It is operated under the condition of pressure,nature pressure and vacuum.

STRUCTURE

      The equipment is made of kettle body,kettle cover,jacket,stirrer,gearing,axes sealing,support ect. If it needs function of electric heating,it is with electric heating stick. A little kettle contain cooling(heating) coiling pipe.

CHARACTERICS

     1.Heating system has steam heating,electric heating with heat transfer oil,hot water heating,circulation heating with heat transfer oil, heating with far infrared ray, coiling pipe heating outside(inside).
     2.Heating structure has jacket,half round pipe,interior coiling pipe.
     3.Stirring stype has anchor stype,oar stype,turbo stype,push stype or frame stype ect.Seal stype has filling material seal,mechanical seal. Support base has supporting stype base and ear stype base ect.
     4.Because of the difference of production process and operational condition,the user must prepare the process operation for design.
     5.The material can be choosed by the requirement of user, contain carbon steel(A3,B3,16MnR), stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316L,2205,2505,904 ect.), titanium materialTA2),nickel material(N6)ect.
