USE

      The equipment is used for the evaporation of water solution in pharmaceutical,food,chemical,light industry and environment protection ect industry.It is suitable to heat sensitive material under the low temperature.(For example,extracting liquid of Chinese medicine and ethanol,antibiotic zymolysis liquid,milk and syrup ect.). It evaporates continuously under vacuum condition for guarantee the quality.

STRUCTURE

       The equipment is made of evaporator body, separator of gas-liquid and connect pipe.Condenser,cooler, liquid kettle as option.

CHARACTIRICS
       The structure of equipment is simple.The operation and maintenance is convenient.The coefficient of heat transfer is high.It is suitable to the evaporation of the different mucosity material.The heating coiling pipe is made of 3-5 lines flat roundness stainless steel.Each coil has single steam inlet and is controlled the steam flux by the valve.And it has the single discharge sullage hole.It can be adjusted the height of heating surface by the height of liquid material in the boiler.The flat long rotundity section reduce the resistance of natural convection of liquid material,and it is cleaned conveniently.Because it use vacuum reducing pressure evaporation,it can be feeded automatically and the evaporation time is short. For the heat sensitive material, it doesn`t destroy the efficient ingredient.Because the evaporation process is finished under the seal condition, the evaporation liquid isn`t polluted. It meets medicine and food GMP requirement.
        The material can be choosed by the requirement of user, contain carbon steel(A3,B3,16MnR), stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316L,2205,2505,904 ect.), titanium materialTA2),nickel material(N6)ect.
